Masters of Success - Eric Ho - Super Power Cycle

Masters of Success - is a conference held on Kuala Lumpur from 15-17 July 2016. It was a whole day event and various speakers are present to share their knowledge with the audiences. I've a chance to join the conference for 2 days, which is on 16-17 July 2016. So let me share with you what the speakers shared and also what I've learnt throughout the session.

Let me give you a little bit of background of the speaker:
Eric Hois a UK's famous entrepreneur, global franchise owner & peak performance specialist. At a surprisingly young age, Eric is the proud owner and Founder of YoYo Group with businesses spanning from the largest licensed Steel & Tyre export company in the UK, to his non-profit organization (YoYo Mission) which provides a loving home and education for 243 wonderful kids in Kenya, Africa. Basically, he can get into any business industry.

Eric's quote throughout the whole presentation is surrounded by "Master the form, and flow with the formless". This is somewhat a little bit spiritual, but rather a useful rhyme. To him, we must master the form (the way to earn money), and then only you can follow your heart goes (help unfortunate others).

Another great quote that he talked about is "What's in sub-conscious mind, was once in the conscious mind". Sometimes when we are doing something not knowingly, was actually what we thought about it last time. Ever remember that you not knowingly driving home without the need to think of every single steps taught by your driving instructor last time? Yea... You did it last time, and you get used to it, and it become your habits, your sub-conscious. So we must somehow imagine or make your actions to become habits, then only you will do things sub-consciously towards success.

His main presentation is about the "Super Power Cycle".

This is the key cycle for Eric's success. He mentioned, we first must have goal, believe yourself you can do it, reserve some level of fear (to perform better), take massive action, take note of the process, and then get results. When you successfully reached you goal, you will have more power (control), then you can grow your business. Later one you will feel the need to contribute back to the community, being a well-being, and finding the purpose of life, which eventually drive you to achieve another goal. This whole cycle is the Super Power Cycle taught by Eric Ho during his presentation.

Eric also mentioned the 2 key elements for a successful business (he has proven to be able to venture into different field of businesses).

  1. Value - you must be able to give value to the prospects, which is to help them solve problems or provide solutions for them. The bigger the problem, the bigger the $ chunk.
  2. Sales - you must love sales and learn how to sell. Everyone know how to sell, just that you don't remember how to sell. (it's like how you impress your girl friend with a bunch of goodies about yourself, that's selling).

When you are stressed out, you can just live in the moment. Because problem is not in the moment. It is in the past and in the future. Past: what you've done that makes you worry. Future: what's going to happen after I do this. So in present, there should not have problems.

True enough, after the session, I feel like everything in the world happen for a reason. In order to make full use of current life, let's do something different. Make a difference to other's life. You'll be able to find the meaning of life.

Until next post. Bye.
